Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a composition for the formation of an infrared permeable film to be provided inside an opening for infrared communications, the opening being formed in a frame part of a protective plate for a display device, and the composition for the formation of an infrared permeable film being capable of forming an infrared permeable film which can maintain infrared permeability and can be coordinated with the hue of the surrounding frame part; and to provide: an infrared permeable film formation method that uses the composition; a protective plate for a display device; and a display device. The present invention is a composition for the formation of an infrared permeable film to be provided inside an opening for infrared communications, the opening being formed in a frame part of a protective plate for a display device, and the composition containing: a pigment A having an absorption peak in a wavelength range of 400-580 nm inclusive; a pigment B having an absorption peak in a wavelength range of 581-700 nm inclusive; and a pigment C having an absorption peak in a wavelength range of 701-800 nm inclusive.
