Abstract:
Provided are a composition and a kit for differentiation of stem cells into neural crest stem cells (NCSCs), comprising an inhibitor of the transforming growth factor beta (TGF-β) I receptor and 0.001 μM to 2.5 μM of a bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) inhibitor, and a method using same. According to the present invention, it is possible to efficiently differentiate stem cells to neural crest stem cells using an inexpensive composition of simple ingredients.
