Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composition, a laminate, a packaging material, a packaging material for battery cases, and a battery. This composition contains: (A) a modified olefin polymer which is obtained by modifying (a) a polymer of an α-olefin having 2-20 carbon atoms with (b) a monomer having a functional group that is reactive with an epoxy group or an oxazoline group, and which satisfies the conditions (i) and (ii) described below; (B) a crosslinking agent which contains an epoxy compound and/or an oxazoline compound; and (C) a catalyst which has a pKa of 11 or more.
Condition (i): The polymer (a) contains a constituent unit derived from an α-olefin having 4-20 carbon atoms.
Condition (ii): The heat of fusion of the polymer (A) as determined in accordance with JIS K7122 is 0-50 J/g.
