Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of biomaterials, and specifically relates to a composition for 3D printing of living cells and a method for 3D printing of living cells. The composition comprises a double bond-modified positively charged amino material, a double bond-modified sodium alginate and an ultraviolet light initiator. The composition can print a basic structure which contains cells and has a good fidelity under room temperature conditions, can be cured by means of ultraviolet cross-linking in a short period of time, and can be applied to the printing of living cells. The method not only solves the instability of traditional calcium ion cross-linked sodium alginate scaffolds and greatly improves the efficiency of 3D printing, but also improves the bioinertia of sodium alginate; and the obtained polyelectrolyte-based double bond cross-linked network hydrogel scaffold has good biocompatibility to cells, which further expands the application value of sodium alginate in the field of tissue engineering.
