Abstract:
Provided are a composition and a preparation method therefor. The composition comprises an active ingredient and a stabilizer, wherein the stabilizer comprises an ionic surfactant and a spatial stabilizer. The composition has advantages, such as a high dissolution rate, a fast dissolution speed, a high particle size stability and a high bioavailability, as well as a small tablet weight, granule weight or preparation volume. The preparation method has advantages such as simple operation and being environmentally friendly.
