Abstract:
Disclosed are a composition for preparing an electrically conductive material and a preparation method therefor, a bipolar plate for a proton exchange membrane fuel battery and a preparation method therefor, and a proton exchange membrane fuel battery, wherein graphite powder, a thermosetting resin and an electrically conductive polymer are selected to prepare a composite material bipolar plate, wherein the electrically conductive polymer has a good electrical conductivity, and the electrically conductive polymer can be cured by means of heating, such that the graphite/thermosetting resin composite material bipolar plate can well improve the strength and air tightness thereof while ensuring electric conductivity, thus preparing a composite material bipolar plate with a high electric conductivity, a high strength and a good air tightness. Moreover, the manufacturing cost is low, the processing process is simple, and automated production is easy to achieve, and the bipolar plate can achieve an electric conductivity of 558 S/cm and a bending strength of 72 MPa in performance.
