Since tyrosine, the active ingredient of the present invention, has the effect of enhancing cognitive function and activating glutamatergic signaling, the present invention may be effectively used as a health functional food for preventing or improving cognitive function, or a pharmaceutical product for preventing or treating cognitive function.
