Abstract:
The present invention provides a composition for preventing ice and snow accretion that contains a liquid-repellent compound having a reactive group at one terminal, wherein a layer formed from the composition for preventing ice and snow accretion has a static coefficient of friction of 0.25 or less and a layer formed from the composition for preventing ice and snow accretion has a static contact angle of water of 95°or greater.
