Also provided are a kit containing the composition for promoting hair growth and/or hair restoration of the present invention, and a method including a step for applying the composition for promoting hair growth and/or hair restoration of the present invention. A remarkably effective composition for promoting hair growth and/or hair restoration is provided by the present invention.
