Abstract:
Disclosed is a composition for the purification of biofluids, for example, for hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis, wherein same comprises a penetrant and a toxin-removal reagent that can remove toxins from biofluids under osmotic exchange conditions. Provided are a dialysis solution and a kit comprising the aforementioned composition, a method for removing toxins from biofluids using the aforementioned composition, and a method for treating toxin-related diseases.
