Abstract:
Provided is a composition for reducing blood pressure and/or reducing neutral fats that has few side effects and is very safe. The composition for reducing blood pressure and/or for reducing neutral fats comprises a casein hydrolysate and digestion-resistant dextrin. Ideally, the casein hydrolysate contains a peptide comprising Met-Lys-Pro. Ideally, the casein hydrolysate contains a peptide comprising Met-Lys-Pro and the composition comprises 5000-100000 parts by mass of digestion-resistant dextrin with respect to 1 part by mass of said peptide.
