Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composition for regulating splicing of a polybromo-1 gene comprising a splice-switching oligonucleotide as an active ingredient. The splice-switching oligonucleotide, which is the active ingredient of the present invention, regulates splicing of the polybromo 1 gene, and has the effect of promoting cancer cell death through activation of NK92 cells when an exon 27 gene is skipped by the splicing regulation.
