Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composition comprising Lactobacillus sakei or extracellular vesicles derived therefrom. The present invention also relates to a novel Lactobacillus sakei LBML6 strain. The Lactobacillus sakei according to the present invention is a strain which has TNFα and IgG inhibitory activity in blood and in which the ratio of tolDC cells to Tregs cells increases, and can be used for various applications such as the prevention, alleviation and/or treatment of autoimmune diseases of humans or animals, and intestinal regulation.
