Abstract:
According to the present invention, a compound represented by general formula (A) is provided as a monomer which enables a cured product exhibiting high wet heat durability to be produced, and which does not readily crystallize in a curable composition for producing an optical member. In general formula (A): Ar11 and Ar12 each represent an aryl group or a heteroaryl group; X1, Y1, X2, Y2, Z1, and Z2 each represent nitrogen, carbon, or the like; Ar13 and Ar14 each represent an arylene group or a heteroarylene group; at least one among Ar13 and Ar14 is a group other than a phenylene group; R3-R6 represent substituents; q and r are integers in the range of 0-4; v and w are integers equal to or greater than 0; L1 and L2 each represent a single bond, oxygen, an ester bond, or the like; R11 and R12 each represent a divalent linking group including a branched alkylene group; and R21 and R22 each represent hydrogen or a methyl group.
