Abstract:
Provided are: a dispersant which has excellent solubility in a solvent, excellent adhering power to a colorant and excellent colorant dispersibility, while being reduced in self-coloring; a compound and a polymerizable compound for preparing this dispersant; and a toner which uses this dispersant.
A dispersant which has a structure wherein a structure represented by formula (3) and a tautomer thereof are bonded with a polymer; and a toner which contains the dispersant.
In formula (3), each of X2, Y2 and Z2 independently represents -O-, a methylene group or -NR10-; R10 represents a hydrogen atom or a linear or branched alkyl group having 1-4 carbon atoms; R7 represents a substituted or unsubstituted phenyl group, a polycyclic aromatic group or a heterocyclic group; R8 represents a hydrogen atom, a substituted or unsubstituted phenyl group, an aralkyl group, a linear, branched or cyclic alkyl group having 1-18 carbon atoms, or the like; R9 represents a substituted or unsubstituted phenylene group, a linear, branched or cyclic alkylene group having 1-18 carbon atoms, or the like; and W3 represents a binding site for a polymer.
