Abstract:
The present invention provides a compound of a formula I structure, a preparation method therefor, and applications thereof in treatment of cancers. The compound in the present invention has inhibitory effects on multiple types of cancer cells, and can be converted into an active drug Linifanib in vitro (liver homogenate and spleen homogenate) by means of biology, so as to inhibit proliferation of tumor cells, especially liver cancer cells by using a lower dosage.
