Abstract:
The present invention provides a compound having antisporulant activity and a pharmaceutical composition thereof, and specifically provides a compound represented by formula (I), or a salt thereof, or a stereoisomer thereof. The compound can effectively inhibit the germination of clostridium difficile spores, has significant antibacterial activity, and has a very good application prospect in the preparation of a medication for preventing and/or treating a clostridium difficile infectious disease, recurrence of the clostridium difficile infectious disease, or the complication of the clostridium difficile infectious disease.
