Abstract:
The present invention provides a compound having a benzene core, a preparation method therefor and uses thereof on an organic electroluminescent device, wherein the compound disclosed herein has benzene as a core, and branched chains thereof comprise a triarylamine structure, so that the compound has strong hole transporting ability and high hole mobility. Under an appropriate LUMO energy level, electron blocking is achieved, exciton recombination efficiency in the light-emitting layer is improved, the high current density of the device is reduced, roll-off is reduced at high current density, the device voltage is reduced, and the current efficiency and lifespan of the device are prolonged. The three branched chains of the compound disclosed herein have a radial shape, and after the material is formed into a membrane, the branched chains can cross to form a membrane layer with high compactness, so as to reduce the leakage current of the material after the OLED device is applied, and thus prolong lifespan of the device.
