Abstract:
Disclosed are a compound having a chiral spirobiindane skeleton and a preparation method therefor. The compound having a chiral condensed ring spirobiindane skeleton of the present invention is represented by formula I or I'. The preparation method for the compound having a chiral spirobiindane skeleton of the present invention comprises the following step: performing, in a solvent, and in the presence of a catalyst, an intramolecular Friedel-Crafts reaction on a compound represented by formula III to obtain the compound represented by formula I, wherein the catalyst is a Bronsted acid or a Lewis acid. The preparation method of the present invention is simple, requires no chiral starting material or chiral resolution agent, does not need to perform a chiral resolution step, and aftertreatment is convenient. Moreover, the method is economically efficient and environmental friendly, and has a high product yield. A product prepared by the method has a high optical purity and a high chemical purity. An asymmetric reaction catalyst prepared, by means of transition metal catalysis, by using the compound having a chiral condensed ring spirobiindane skeleton of the present invention has a significant catalytic effect, a yield of a product is greater than 99%, and an ee value of the product can reach to over 99%.
