Abstract:
Provided is an EP2 agonist having a high safety. A compound represented by general formula (I) (wherein each symbol is as defined in the description), a salt thereof, an N-oxide derivative thereof, a solvate of the same or a prodrug of the same has an EP2 agonistic activity and a high safety and, therefore, is useful as a medicine, in particular a therapeutic agent for diseases associated with EP2 receptor such as immune diseases, allergic diseases, nerve cell death, dysmenorrhea, premature delivery, abortion, baldness, eye diseases, erectile dysfunction, arthritis, pulmonary damage, pulmonary fibrosis, pulmonary emphysema, bronchitis, chronic obstructive respiratory diseases, bone diseases and cartilage damage.
