Abstract:
The present invention provides a compound represented by formula (I), or a prodrug, a tautomer, a stereoisomer, a solvate, an isotope derivative, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The compound of the present invention is a novel GalNAc derivative, which can form a chemical conjugate represented by formula (II) with an oligonucleotide, the chemical conjugate having a liver-targeting delivery effect.
