The present invention relates to a kind of compound of hydrophilic polymer - polycarboxyl oligopeptide and medicines represented by following formula: (I) Wherein P is hydrophilic polymer; m is a intergral number of from 2 to 12; j is a intergral number of from 1 to 6; R_i is a group selected from group consisting of: H, C_1-12 alkyl, substituted aryl, aralkyl heteroalkyl or substituted alkyl; X and Z is connective group; and TA is medicines molecule. The compound has no toxicity and can hold many medicines molecules, achieve increasing solubility, slow releasing, controlled releasing etc. objective, especially have obvious enrichment effect to antineoplastic medicines such as taxol, camptothecin etc.
