Abstract:
The present invention provides a compound for inhibiting IDO, a manufacturing method and a use thereof. The compound has a general structural formula of (I), wherein (II) is selected from a cis-isomer, a trans-isomer, or a mixture of cis- and trans-isomers; R1 and R2 are each independently selected from any one of H, halogen, an alkyl, alkoxy, or haloalkyl group; R3 is selected from any one of a cyclopentyl, cyclohexyl, piperazinyl, or piperidyl group; substitution positions of R3 are at 1,2-, 1,3- or 1,4-positions; and m and n are respectively an integer from 0 to 5. The compound of the present invention capable of inhibiting IDO has a strong inhibitive effect on IDO and can be used to manufacture an IDO inhibitor for the prevention and/or treatment of a disease characterized by a pathological tryptophan metabolic pathway mediated by IDO. The compound of the present invention has very good application potential.
