Abstract:

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a compound that exhibits a cyan color and that has the properties of a high saturation, a high light resistance, and a high solubility. This compound is a compound represented by general formula (1). In formula (1), R1 and R2 each independently represent a linear, branched, or cyclic alkyl group having 6 to 12 carbons; R3 represents a 4-alkylphenyl group, a 4-halophenyl group, or a 3-alkoxyphenyl group; R4 represents a linear, branched, or cyclic alkyl group having 1 to 8 carbons; and R5 represents a linear, branched, or cyclic alkyl group having 1 to 8 carbons or a benzyl group.
