Abstract:
Provided are a compound, a method for preparing same, and use thereof in preparing a bicyclopyrone intermediate. The present invention can be used for preparing bicyclopyrone intermediate II from intermediate I (a compound represented by formula Ia and/or formula Ib) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a solvate thereof, and a tautomer Ic of Ib with a high yield. Two compounds are connected under the action of a base to give intermediate I, which is then subjected to an intramolecular ring-closing reaction using an ammonium salt. The present invention can significantly increase the yield of bicyclopyrone intermediate (II), reduce side reactions, and overcome the defect that the direct ring closure process with ammonium salts in the prior art can easily lead to incomplete reaction of raw materials, thus improving the yield.
