Disclosed are a compound represented by chemical formula 1, an organic electronic element comprising a first electrode, a second electrode, and an organic layer between the first electrode and the second electrode, and an electronic device comprising the same organic electronic element, wherein the organic layer includes the compound represented by chemical formula 1, whereby the organic electronic element can be decreased in driving voltage and be improved in emission efficiency and lifespan.
