Abstract:
Disclosed is a tandem compound semiconductor solar cell. The solar cell comprises: a transparent substrate; and a plurality of solar cell layers which are provided on at least one side of the transparent substrate. Each plurality of solar cell layers comprises a window layer and an optical absorbing layer. The optical absorbing layer includes CIGS nano particles, and optical absorbing layers comprised in the plurality of solar cell layers contain different Ga contents, thereby having different band gaps.
