Abstract:
The present invention discloses a compound taking xanthone as a core, a preparation method thereof and an application thereof in OLED. The compound contains a xanthone structure, and at least one N exists in a five-membered ring branched structure. A parent nucleus and a branched chain form a D-A structure; the D-A structure has a low ΔEst, which facilitates anti-gap leaping-over of energy, and has deep HOMO energy level and high electronic mobility, is suitable to be used as a hole-blocking material or an electronic transmission material. The compound has a hole group structure, and can balance electronics and holes of the material, such that the material can be used as a partial electronic type luminescent layer host material. Moreover, the compound according to the present invention has strong group rigidity and has the characteristics of intermolecular crystallization-proof, aggregation-proof and good film forming property. After the compound is applied to an OLED device as an organic electroluminescent functional layer material, the current efficiency, the power efficiency and the external quantum efficiency of the device are greatly improved. Meanwhile, the lifetime of the device can be obviously prolonged.
