Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of chemical medicine, in particular to a compound targeting type I PRMT, a preparation method therefor, and an application thereof. The compound A and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof of the present invention are covalent inhibitory compounds targeting type I PRMT, and can continuously inhibit the protein function through covalent action, and have high selectivity. The preparation method therefor is simple to operate and has mild conditions. The compound can be used for preparing of a drug that inhibits the enzymatic activity of type I PRMT or preparing a type I PRMT inhibitor, and has a wide range of applications in the preparation of anti-tumor drugs and other drugs.
