Abstract:
The present invention relates to a compound used as a CDK7 kinase inhibitor and a use thereof. Specifically, the compound of the present invention has the structure shown in formula I, the definitions of the groups and substituents being as described in the description. The compound of the present invention can be used as an inhibitor of cyclin-dependent kinase 7 (CDK7), is used for the treatment or prevention of proliferative diseases (such as cancer), and is especially used for regulating and treating related diseases caused by the abnormal activity of cyclin-dependent kinase 7 (CDK7).
