Abstract:
The present invention relates to a compound useful as a CDK7 kinase inhibitor and use thereof. Specifically, the compound of the present invention has a structure shown in formula I, wherein the definition of each group and substituent is as described in the description. The compound of the present invention can be used as an inhibitor of cyclin-dependent kinase 7 (CDK7) for the treatment or prevention of proliferative diseases (such as cancers), and in particular for the regulation and treatment of related diseases caused by abnormal activity of cyclin-dependent kinase 7 (CDK7).
