Abstract:
A comprehensive operation trolley for construction of an air-cushion surge chamber of a hydropower station, and a using method thereof, the comprehensive operation trolley comprising a rack system (1) used for supporting the whole trolley. A translation system (6) used for driving the rack system to move and travel along a surge chamber (20) is installed at the bottom of the rack system (1) in a fitting manner; a top arch system (3) used for auxiliary construction of a vault of the surge chamber (20) is arranged at a top end of the rack system (1); a plurality of sliding form systems (2) used for lining construction of an inner side wall of the surge chamber (20) are symmetrically arranged on two outer sides of the rack system (1); a plurality of lifting systems (4) used for lifting operations are arranged on the two outer sides of the rack system (1); and the translation system (6), the top arch system (3) and the sliding form systems (2) are connected to a hydraulic system (5) used for controlling the actions of the translation system, the top arch system and the sliding form systems. The key problems of a poor universal performance, large investment of safety technical measures, long process conversion time, a high construction cost, a large safety risk, difficult quality control, limited construction period, etc. commonly present in an operation rack during construction of an existing air-cushion surge chamber can be effectively solved.
