Abstract:
A compressed air storage electricity generating device 10 is provided with an electricity demand receiving unit 60 which receives an electricity demand value of a consumer facility 3. Further, the device 10 is provided with: a first air supply valve 21a for adjusting a flow rate of compressed air supplied from a low-pressure tank 14 to an expander 16; a second air supply valve 21b for adjusting a flow rate of compressed air supplied from a high-pressure tank 15 to the expander 16; and a control device 22 which opens the first air supply valve 21a in accordance with the electricity demand value, with the second air supply valve closed, if the electricity demand value is less than a certain threshold, and opens the second air supply valve 21b in accordance with the electricity demand value if the electricity demand value is equal to or greater than the certain threshold.
