Abstract:
The present invention relates to a compression molding apparatus allowing material to be removed from a mold, the compression molding apparatus allowing a progressive processing material to be easily removed upwardly from a lower mold, thereby minimizing the stoppage time of a press due to the material being inserted in the lower mold, and to that end, the compression molding apparatus, which comprises the press having a lower mold and an upper mold, comprises: a material pressing mold, provided on the upper mold, for compression-molding plate-shaped material moving in one pitch increments above the lower mold; a bottom mold inserted in the lower mold, below the material pressing mold, and having a molding part into the interior of which material is inserted; a discharge mold provided in the interior of the molding part so as to be vertically movable; vertically movable pins, penetratingly provided in the lower mold, below the discharge mold, for upwardly pushing the bottom of the discharge mold; and a vertically movable plate, provided in the interior of the lower mold so as to be vertically movable and closely attached to the bottom of the vertically movable pins, for continually upwardly pushing the vertically movable pins by means of one or more springs disposed on the bottom, wherein the compression molding apparatus additionally comprises a vertically movable plate hitting means for hitting the bottom of the vertically movable plate by means of an operating motor to upwardly remove the material inserted in the molding part.
