Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a compression molding method for a self-rotating self-tightening nut and a self-tightening washer. The self-tightening nut, as a whole, is in the shape of a regular hexagon, a first through hole is formed in the center, and a thread is provided on the inner wall of the first through hole; the self-tightening washer comprises a top and a bottom; the top is a driven structure, and the bottom is a stop structure; the driven structure at the top, as a whole, is in the shape of a regular hexagon, and a second through hole is formed at the center; the second through hole has a diameter greater than a nominal diameter of the self-tightening nut, and has a smooth inner wall; two or more sections of second self-rotating protrusions which are connected end to end are provided right above the top, and the protrusions, as a whole, define a closed pattern. The present invention provides a compression molding method for a self-rotating self-tightening nut and a self-tightening washer which are simple to manufacture and can rotate in conjunction with each other.
