Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a compression-type 3D printer having a single spray head, comprising: a printing spray head with an adjustable height being provided on a printer frame, the printer frame being relatively movable with respect to the printing platform, the printing spray head comprising a colloid spray head and a powder supply device, the colloid spray head comprising a colloid conveying device and a colloid nozzle, the colloid spray head spraying colloidal droplets for bonding the powder, and the powder supply device spraying the raw material powder of an article to be printed onto the colloidal droplets; and the printing platform comprising a fixed platform and a movable platform, a printing cavity being formed between the movable platform and the fixed platform by means of the upward and downward movement of the movable platform, the printing spray head performing printing in the printing cavity. The printer also performs, by providing a scraping device, a compression roller and a laser device, scraping and compressing processes on the single-layer printing layer; moreover, the laser device performs laser melting process on the surface of the printing layers, so that different article layers are closely connected, avoiding the occurrence of serious consequences, such as shrinkage deformation or even cracking, caused by voids between powder particles being too big.
