Abstract:
A compressor and an air conditioner. The compressor comprises a crankshaft (2), a first roller (6), a second roller (9), an electric motor rotor (3), and a balance weight (1); wherein the first roller (6) is of a solid structure, the second roller (9) is internally provided with a hollow portion (90), the balance weight (1) is arranged at one axial end of the electric motor rotor (3), and no balance weight is arranged at the other axial end of the electric motor rotor (3); the center of mass of a first eccentric portion (20) and the first roller (6) is a first center of mass, and the axis of the first center of mass passes through the first center of mass and is parallel to the axis of the crankshaft (2); the center of mass of a second eccentric portion (21) and the second roller (9) is a second center of mass, and the axis of the second center of mass passes through the second center of mass and is parallel to the axis of the crankshaft (2); the center of mass of the balance weight (1), the axis of the first center of mass, and the axis of the second center of mass are positioned in the same plane; and in the plane, the first center of mass is positioned on a first side of the axis of the crankshaft (2), and the center of mass of the balance weight (1) is positioned on a second side of the axis of the crankshaft (2), so that the axis of the crankshaft (2) is positioned between the center of mass of the balance weight (1) and the first center of mass, and the second center of mass is positioned on the second side of the axis of the crankshaft (2). By means of the structure, the quantity and the mass of the balance weight can be decreased, the deflection of the crankshaft can be lowered, and the vibration and the noise level of the compressor can be reduced; the contact stress between the crankshaft and a flange is reduced, the power consumption of electric motor driving is reduced, and the energy efficiency is improved; and the weight of an entire machine is lowered.
