A compressor, a refrigeration system and an air conditioner, the compressor comprising: a crankshaft (1), a first air cylinder (2) having a first cavity (21), and a second air cylinder (3) having a second cavity (31); the crankshaft (1) is sequentially provided thereon with a first roller (11) and a second roller (12), and the crankshaft (1) penetrates the first air cylinder (2) and the second air cylinder (3) such that the first roller (11) and the second roller (12) are located in the first cavity (21) and the second cavity (31) respectively; the first air cylinder (2) is provided with a first air intake passage (22) and a first air outlet, and a first refrigerant may enter the first cavity (21) by means of the first air intake passage (22) and be discharged from the first air outlet; the second air cylinder (3) is provided with a second air intake passage (32) and a second air outlet, and a second refrigerant may enter the second cavity (31) by means of the second air intake passage (22) and be discharged from the second air outlet. The compressor may simultaneously compress two refrigerants, and optimize the usage states of the two refrigerants, improving the efficiency of the compressor.
