Abstract:
The present invention relates to a compressor, and may comprise: a casing; a compression mechanism, provided inside of the casing, for compressing a refrigerant; a rotating shaft for conveying a rotational force from a driving source, provided outside of the casing, to the compression mechanism; a clutch for connecting the driving source and the rotating shaft by generating a magnetic force when a power source is applied thereto, and for separating the driving source and the rotating shaft by losing the magnetic source when the power source is cut off; and a rotation measuring means for measuring rotation speed of the rotating shaft by receiving the magnetic force from the clutch and measuring a magnetic flux change according to the rotation of the rotating shaft. As such, the rotation speed of the rotating shaft can be measured without comprising a permanent magnet. In addition, a sensor mounting groove, in which a sensor of the rotation measuring means is mounted, is formed to be blocked from the inside of the casing while being in communication with the outside of the casing so that refrigerant leakage due to the rotation measuring means can be prevented. Furthermore, since a fixing means for fixing the rotation measuring means is included, the cost price and time required for installation of the rotating measuring means can be reduced, and the rotation measuring means can be prevented from being released during operation.
