The present application belongs to the technical field of computers. Disclosed are a computational graph processing method and apparatus, and a device and a storage medium. The method comprises: for a computational graph of a target program, segmenting the computational graph into a plurality of computational sub-graphs on the basis of the number of hardware resources in target hardware; and then, according to communication reference information between the hardware resources, respectively deploying computing tasks of the plurality of computational sub-graphs onto the plurality of hardware resources for execution, so as to obtain a computing power deployment result of the computational graph. During this process, a complete computational graph is segmented, and communication reference information involved in a computing power deployment process can indicate communication resources consumed by data transmission between hardware resources, such that a finally obtained computing power deployment result can effectively save on computing power resources, thereby improving the resource utilization rate.
