A computer system handling the method mentioned above, is capable of providing a trustworthy and secured CV system, wherein CV information regarding candidates are verified and approved by the computer system. For example, the candidate provides the computer system information such as personal ID and status. The candidate may also provide the computer system information regarding personal information skills. The information is listed in features used in the CV, called CV features. The comput er system is capable of importing data information from one or more external data- bases. The external database is also to be understood as platform or platforms on the internet etc. The external databases comprise one or more data information regarding the candidate. The data information may be external candidate related data set related to the candidate’s CV features. The computer system verifies that the external candi date related data set is related to the candidate’s CV features

The CV information regarding the candidate has been verified by ref. persons. The ref. persons may be key persons in former workplaces and / or educational institutions, wherein the ref. persons are capable of verifying the skills of the candidate. The com puter system is then capable of verifying the candidate’s skills and certifying the CV accordantly. The identification of the candidate is related to an ID number in the ID CV file, such that the candidate can be identified using the ID number. The candi date skills are comprised in the CV related data sets in the ID CV file. A computer system comprises a data processing system which has means for carrying out one or more CV verification acts. The data processing means generates said CV and a certification related to the CV, and adding a certified icon to the CV based on a plurality of data set related to a candidate, when carrying out said verification acts.

A computer program product comprising instructions for verification of a CV, where in said computer program product is executed by a computer, causes the computer to carry out one or more CV verification acts. The computer program system is in data communication with one or more candidate user interfaces and one or more client user interfaces. The computer program system is in data communication with one or more ref. person user interfaces. The computer program system is in data communication with one or more CV databases and/or one or more CV related databases.

The computer system also comprises a computer-readable storage medium which comprises instructions to execute in a data processing system, to perform one or more CV verification acts. The computer-readable storage medium is also capable of storing thereon data set or data sets in a CV database provided on the computer-readable stor- age medium, wherein said data set or data sets are provided by said data processing system, when performing the acts.

A computer system may contact a candidate and let candidates export their CV to the computer system. The computer system analyses the received CV and identifies the candidate identification. The computer system also analyses the received related data set, and for verification of a number of CV features the computer system defines the numbers of CV features, which have been verified. The computer system is capable of contacting the candidate and asking the candidate for verification the number of CV features to be verified. The computer system is capable of receiving an acceptance from the candidate. The CV features, which have been verified, may be comprising information regarding the candidate education and working experience, and/or other important information for a client to take into consideration when exploring the possi bility of hiring the candidate. The computer system is capable of importing data information, e.g. external candidate related data set related to the CV features, from external databases, such as a Candi date Universe and from Linkedln or from databases at education centers, or databases at universities or from other public databases. The computer system may be capable of opening an e-form, and import/retrieve the candidate data and separate the different sections of the candidate CV related to specific positions in different companies.

The computer system is capable of, by for example through a connection to Linkedln, checking if data presented by a candidate are correct. Further, the computer system can communicate with former employers and in that way achieve validation.

Furthermore, the computer system is capable of sending a SMS and an e-mail form asking ref. persons in different companies to verify the information from candidate related to a defined number of companies. When the computer system can receive at least one piece of information from the CV, then the computer system verifies the CV info, and the computer system issues a certification and add a Certified icon to CV. This data information retrieved from external databases is retrieved as external candi date related data set. In an advantageous method of the invention, the method comprises further act of changing the candidate access to the CV related data set and external candidate related data set related to the verification from said ref person or ref persons from writeable data set to readable data set, such that the candidate is prevented to rewrite the CV related data set and external candidate related data set related to the verification from said ref person or ref persons.

The candidate can hereby achieve a CV, which is validated and approved. In that way this CV will be preferred by a client when the candidate applies for a new job. Simply because many of the existing CV’s are not produced by the candidate but may be pro- duced by professional writers instead. In that way, many CV’s are not totally correct. Further, the verified CV is tested and therefore correctly described.

When the computer system has received verification by a ref. person, the candidate access to the CV related data set and external candidate related data set related to the verification from said ref person or ref persons is locked and not accessible for the candidate. The CV related data set and external candidate related data set are changed from writeable data set to readable data set only, such that the candidate is prevented to rewrite the CV related data set and external candidate related data set related to the verification from said ref. person or ref persons.

The risk for fraud is in this way avoided. The client will be certain of the correctness of the data information, which has been verified, by the ref. person or ref. persons.

In a further advantageous method of the invention, the method comprises a further act of allowing the candidate to choose to modify the CV related data set and external candidate related data set, and the modification of the data set must receive a new ver ification from said ref. person or ref. persons before issuing a new certification related to the modified data set or data sets.

If for example an error has occurred during the process of verifying the candidate’s CV, the error must be corrected. The computer system will allow the access to the data sets, which already have been verified by the ref. person or ref. persons and may be already have received a certified icon to the CV. When the candidate changes the verified data information in the ID CV file, the certified icon may be removed from the CV, and/or the categories will be altered, until the changed data has been verified be the ref. person again.

In a further advantageous method of the invention, the method comprises a further act of a client requesting an access to retrieve the CV related to the candidate.

The General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR, is regulation in EU law on data pro tection and privacy in the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA). GDPR also addresses the transfer of personal data outside the EU and EEA areas. The GDPR's primary aim is to give control to individuals over their personal data and to simplify the regulatory environment for international business by unifying the regulation within the EU. The candidate may choose which CV features must be visible or hidden for the cli ents. The method may comprise a further act of a client requesting an access to one or more hidden CV features in the CV related data sets, such that the hidden CV features in the CV related data sets become visible for the client. The CV related data sets may for example become visible for the client, when the candidate changes the GDPR data set related to the hidden CV related data sets from “not readable” to “readable”.

The computer system provides the information with privacy in mind. The CV features are not available to the client by default, such that the client cannot use the CV or CV features to identify the candidate directly. The is hidden form the client. The candidate must consent before the data information becomes available for the client. The ID CV file comprises a GDPR data set, which may be altered from “not readable” to “reada ble” by the candidate. The candidate may choose which data set comprising the CV features is available and/or accessible for a specific client. The candidate may then allow the client to access the CV related data set comprising the requested CV features upon a request from the client. Then the requested CV features will be visible for the specific client.

The computer system can create a Candidate option to buy a Certified and Verified CV service. This would create a new standard at our clients due to the fact that ap prox. 50% of all circulated CV’s are not entirely produced by the candidate them selves. In other words, client’s risk of failure increases due to a not honest presenta tion of a candidate. Set up should be integrated with Candidate Universe and with Linkedln in order for candidates to export their CV to us. Instead of asking for a refer- ence, a candidate can ask for verification of data included in the CV by pushing the CV button the following happens. The computer system asks if the computer system should import from Candidate Universe or from Linkedln. Then the computer system should open an e-form where the computer system separates the different sections of the candidate CV related to specific positions in different companies. The candidates should then be able to input reference name, email and mobile no. The computer sys tem can then send a sms and an e-mail form asking the ref person to verify the infor mation related to them. After this the ref person clicks Okay or rejects this information (a note field would be needed here) and the CV would revolve to our CV base where the computer system would have either verification icon or a rejection icon placed by the text confirmed. When at least one piece of information from the CV is verified the computer system can issue a certification and add a Certified icon to CV as well.

In a still further advantageous method of the invention, the method comprises a further act of adding points to the certified CV’s, such that the clients can have the option to use this parameter to pick the right candidate (6).

The computer system can operate with pluralities of categories of certifications, Bronze, Silver and Gold. In the computer system this should be listed under the candi- date that has applied for a specific job. If they do not have certification, the computer system may use the existing colour - Green (Not certified), if certified, the colour should reflect this and be shown in our backend of the computer system. Hereby is achieved that the computer system continues to have a database indicating a number of candidates which are approved by the system by one or three or more categories. In that way, the computer system will be able to search for a CV from a candidate who has an approved CV and may transmit this CV to a client who asks for a candidate with approved CV. In that way a client who wants to hire one or more specialists will be able to select from approved CV’s and the risk of hiring the wrong person is to a great extent reduced.

The computer system is capable of defining categories to be listed under the candidate that has applied for a specific job. Hereby can be achieved that the candidate CV will be updated according to further categories, which could be achieved by contact to companies where the candidate further has been working for a period of time. In that way a candidate CV is to be approved from a lot of different jobs and one client might score more than the maximum of the categories.

In a further preferred alternative embodiment for the invention the computer system can be able to add points to the certified CV’s so the clients can have the option to use this parameter to pick the right candidate. Hereby can be achieved that a client who wants a new candidate has the possibility to pick up the right candidate from the CV’s. Thereby a much easier selection can be performed by the client. The same way the client can be assured that the candidate having a certified CV is the correct candidate for a new job. The computer system can let a candidate choose to modify information in Linkedln or in the CV database, a new e-mail is to be sent to ref. person, if candidates wants a ver ification of further activities. Hereby can be achieved that a client is able to achieve verification of further activities other than what has been found in Linkedln or in the existing CV database. This could be rather important if a candidate has forgotten some private activities which could be rather important in a new job. This could for example be a leader in sports activities or as a leader in scout activities. For some companies, which can be defined as clients in this system, it could be very important if a new can- didate also had private activities to indicate that the candidate can be rather effective not only in his new job but also have a kind of life outside the job.

The computer system can perform verification of modified data. Hereby can be achieved that the computer system automatically performs verification of the modified data when the data has been achieved.

Also, the computer system can change the certification icon should be removed and the category adjusted accordingly. Hereby can be achieved that the computer system automatically changes the category when data is updated.

Further, the computer system can import data from Linkedln (24) or equivalent plat forms, or from external databases at education centers, or databases at universities or be linked to Schools or other professional databases or other reference websites. Also official/unofficial registers such as virk.dk, lasso.dk, biq.dk or proff.dk or from equiv- alent in other countries. Hereby can be achieved that the computer system automati cally verifies information in a CV and in that way avoid fraud from a candidate.

The data communication between the computer system and the users, e.g. candidate, ref. person and/or client, may be provided with the use of e-forms. The computer sys- tern may comprise a plurality of e-form, which may be presented on a graphic user interface, GUI. The computer system is capable of opening a first layout of e-form on a GUI related to the candidate. The computer system may also be capable of opening a second layout of e-form on a GUI related to the ref. person. The computer system may also be capable of opening a third layout of e-form on a GUI related to the client. The layout of the first, the second and the third e-form may not be similar to each other. The data information in the first, the second and third e-form may not be similar to each other. The data information available to the candidate may differ from the data information available to the ref. person and from the data information available to the client.

This invention concerns the method for operating a computer system as previously disclosed where the computer system analyses a received CV and generate a number of CV features to be validated, which computer system automatic performs a check at public data platforms such as Linkedln or in Candidate Universe, further the computer system contacts persons who can verify one or more CV features, when the computer system receives data from the public data platforms such as Linkedln or from the Candidate Universe or from contacted persons, the computer system verifies the CV. Figure 4 discloses a computer system 2 presenting a computer-implemented method for verification of a CV. The computer system is in data communication with at least one external database 31, and at least one candidate user interface 29, and at least one ref. person user interface 30, and at least one client user interface 30. The computer system 2 receives a request from a candidate 6. The candidate accesses the computer system 2 using a client user interface 29. An ID CV file is created and provided with at least one candidate identification. The ID CV file is stored in a CV database relative to the computer system. The CV database may be arranged internal in the computer system 2 and/or the CV database may be arranged in an external posi tion away from the computer system 2. The candidate 6 is sending one or more CV related data set, wherein said CV related data set comprising CV features related to the candidate 6. The CV features may relate to education and/or working skills. The CV related data set is stored in said ID CV file. The file may be presented as an e- form on the candidate user interface.

The computer system 2 then analyses the CV related data set in the ID CV file related to the candidate 6. The computer system 2 identifies, categorises and/or defines the numbers of CV features. The computer system sends the number of CV features to be verified by said candidate 6 to said candidate 6. The candidates 6 verifies the number of CV features.

The computer system 2 then starts to request and/or retrieve the external candidate related data set or data sets related to the CV features from external databases 32. The computer system stores the retrieved external candidate related data set in the ID CV file. The candidate 6 is capable of accessing the ID CV file and obtains the infor mation in the ID CV file. The computer system 2 sends one or more requests to at least one ref. person related to the external candidate related data set retrieved. The ref. person 30 is requested to verify the external candidate related data set. While waiting for the verification, the CV features may be listed “pending” CV features. When the computer system 2 has received the verification from the ref. person 30 through a ref. person’s user interface, the specific CV feature or features may be listed “verified” CV features. The specific verified data set is stored in the ID CV file. The CV feature or CV features may also be rejected by the ref. person 30. The candidate may try to correct the error or remove the CV feature or CV features. When the CV feature or features is verified, the computer system 2 issues a certifica tion and adds a certified icon to the CV related to the ID CV file of the candidate 6, and thereby generating a certified CV.

The candidate accesses the CV related data set and external candidate related data set related to the verification from said ref. person 30 or ref. persons 30 from writeable data set to readable data set, such that the candidate 6 is prevented from rewriting the CV related data set and external candidate related data set related to the verification from said ref. person 30 or ref. persons 30. If for example an error has occurred during the process of verifying the candidates’ 6 CV, the error must be corrected, the com puter system will allow the access to the data sets, which already has been verified by the ref. person 30 or ref. persons 30. When the candidate 6 changes the verified exter nal candidate related data set or data sets or other related data sets in the ID CV file, the certified icon will be removed from the CV, until the changed external candidate related data set or other related data sets have been verified by the ref. person 30 once again.

The computer system 2 can be able to add points to the certified CV’s so the clients 20 can have the option to use this parameter to pick the right candidate 6. The client 20 can access the computer system 2 using a client user interface. The higher the candi date 6 scores by points related to a job, it hereby can be achieved that a client 20 who wants a new candidate 6 has the possibility to pick up the right candidate 6 from the CV’s. Thereby a much easier selection can be performed by the client 20. In the same way the client 20 can be assured that the candidate 6 having a certified CV is the cor rect candidate 6 for a new job.
