Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a concentrated sulfuric acid tank container with the total weight of 70 tons. The concentrated sulfuric acid tank container comprises a tank body, a frame and a walking board structure, the tank body comprising a cylinder body and an end portion head, a plurality of reinforcing rings being provided outside the cylinder body, a surge plate being provided in the cylinder body, and the head being connected to an end frame by means of a skirt; the frame comprises a bottom structure and end frames at the two ends thereof, and each end frame is of a square structure provided with four high-strength corner castings at the four corners; the bottom structure comprises bottom side beams, two groups of bottom longitudinal beams, bottom inclined supports and bottom side beam inclined supports; and the walking board structure comprises triangular support assemblies, full-length channel steel, full-length angle steel, U-shaped bent pieces, short angle steel I, short angle steel II, longitudinal walkways, transverse walkways, end supporting pieces I, end supporting pieces II and L-shaped bent pieces. The present invention is suitable for series 1 containers, especially for overweight containers; and the connection between the tank and the frame of the structure is more compact, improving the longitudinal and transverse impact resistance of tank containers.
