This concentration-level estimation device (100) is provided with: an acquisition unit (12) which acquires task information indicating the type to which a task to be carried out by a user (99) belongs, among multiple types; a sensing unit (11) which, on the basis of sensing results acquired from a sensor (101), outputs movement information indicative of features of movement of the user (99) carrying out the task; a storage unit (13) which has stored therein profiles regarding habitual behaviors of the user (99) for the respective task types; and a calculation unit (14) which calculates a concentration level of the user (99) through use of the movement information and a profile in accordance with the type of task indicated by the task information among the profiles stored in the storage unit (13).
