Abstract:
A concrete column temporary underpinning device and a using method thereof. The concrete column temporary underpinning device comprises column holding beams used for wrapping a concrete column (1); each column holding beam comprises U-shaped column brackets (2) which are symmetrically provided; keyways and keyseats (6) are uniformly distributed on the inner walls of the column brackets (2) and the periphery of the concrete column (1); two connecting columns (5) are provided between the column brackets (2), and two through grooves (3) for accommodating the connecting columns (5) are preset on the concrete column (1); oblique prestressed ribs (4) are provided between the through grooves (3); four jacks (8) are uniformly distributed between adjacent column holding beams, and two supporting frames are symmetrically provided between the adjacent column holding beams. The using method of the concrete column temporary underpinning device comprises the following steps: (1) chiseling out a plurality of keyways (6) on the periphery of a mounting position of each column holding beam of the concrete column (1); (2) mounting upper end and lower end column brackets (2); (3) mounting box templates (13); (4) pouring concrete, and disassembling the box templates (13) after the concrete is solidified; (5) mounting and anchoring the oblique prestressed ribs (4), mounting the supporting frames, then mounting the jacks (8), and starting the jacks (8) to support the column brackets (2) at the upper end of the column, so as to complete overall mounting of the concrete column temporary underpinning device. The concrete column temporary underpinning device is short in mounting period and high in construction efficiency, has no need of a large area of supporting by steel pipes, and can satisfy the requirements of a change of spacing between adjacent column holding beams.
