Abstract:
A concrete mixer truck, comprising a vehicle chassis (1) and a mixing drum (3) provided on the vehicle chassis (1), the drum body of the mixing drum (3) being a cuboid and horizontally supported on the vehicle chassis (1), and being capable of exhibiting an unloading state in which the front portion is higher than the rear portion thereof; the mixing drum (3) forming a closed drum body; a feed port (4) and a discharge port (5) being provided on a rear-end plate (34); within the drum body (31) being provided a rotary inner drum (32) formed by joining movable vanes (35) together, a moving allowance being kept between adjacent movable vanes (35); each strip-like movable vane (35) being supported by paired rollers (12) at both ends; mixing blades (37) overhanging towards the interior of the drum body (31), a transmission rack (39) being disposed at the back, and a transmission gear (9) engaged with the transmission rack (39) being disposed at a corresponding position on the drum body (31) by means of a bracket. The concrete mixer truck has a great loading capacity and a low center of gravity, and can be effectively prevented from turning on its side.
