Abstract:
Provided is a conductive film containing MXene and having sufficiently reduced impedance. The conductive film contains titanium oxide and a film that contains particles of a layered material including one or more layers, wherein: the layers each include a layer body represented by the formula MmXn (in the formula, M is at least one metal belonging to group 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7 and includes Ti, X is a carbon atom, a nitrogen atom, or a combination thereof, n is 1-4, and m is greater than n and at most 5) and a modification or terminal T (T is at least one selected from the group consisting of a hydroxyl group, a fluorine atom, a chlorine atom, an oxygen atom, and a hydrogen atom) present on the surface of the layer body; and the proportion of tetravalent titanium in divalent, trivalent, and tetravalent titanium, as determined from the spectra obtained by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, is 2-57 mol% (exclusive of 2).
