Abstract:
Provided are: a novel conductive film that has two types of regions with different light transmittance; an optoelectronic element that has such a conductive film; and a conductive film manufacturing method that enables straightforward manufacture of such a conductive film. A conductive film has a first region, and a second region that exhibits a higher light transmittance than the first region, the conductive film having a first film made from a conductive material, and a resin film made from a fluoropolymer. The first film is disposed to overlap at least the first region, from between the first and second regions; the resin film is disposed to overlap the second region; and the fluoropolymer satisfies equations (1) and (2) below. (1) If the temperature is elevated at a temperature elevation rate of 2°C/min under a pressure of 1×10-3Pa, the temperature at which the thermal weight loss rate reaches substantially 100% is 400°C or below. (2) If the temperature is elevated at the temperature elevation rate of 2°C/min under a pressure of 1×10-3Pa, the temperature range from the temperature at which the thermal weight loss rate is 10% to the temperature at which same reaches 90% is 200°C or less.
