A conductive film random grid pattern generating method. A random grid pattern comprises a plurality of random polygons which are adjacent to each other. The generating method comprises: obtaining information of center points of regular polygons in a grid pattern; obtaining coordinates of center points of random polygons; obtaining vertices of the random polygons; and generating a random grid pattern by using the vertices. The generated random grid pattern effectively eliminates Moire interference fringes, moreover, the calculation is simple, and a random grid pattern of any size can be generated. Also provided is a method for manufacturing a conductive film having a random grid pattern, comprising: first generating a required random grid pattern by using the conductive film random grid pattern generating method, and then imprinting the random grid pattern onto a substrate to obtain a conductive film having the random grid pattern. Also provided is a conductive film having a random grid pattern, manufactured by using the method for manufacturing a conductive film having a random grid pattern.
