Abstract:

According to embodiments of the present invention, the conductive mesh structure includes unit cells, is formed such that at least one pair of peak points which are odd symmetrical to each other appear in the spatial frequency spectrum of the distribution of the center of gravity obtained from the unit cells, and does not include a repeating unit. Visibility of a pattern and a moiré may be suppressed by using the conductive mesh structure.
