Abstract:
Provided is a conductive paste for screen printing wherein it is possible to perform firing at low temperatures equaling or below 150°C, and to print on plastic substrates which cannot be printed onto at high temperatures. The conductive paste for screen printing contains: metal nanoparticles (Y) which are protected by an organic compound (X) containing a basic nitrogen atom; a deprotecting agent (A) for the metal nanoparticles; and an organic solvent (B). A C6-10 aliphatic monocarboxylic acid and/or an unsubstituted aliphatic dicarboxylic anhydride are used as the deprotecting agent (A) for the metal nanoparticles, and polyalkylene glycol is used as the organic solvent (B).
